"Ever since I began styling hair over 20 years ago, it has always been my dream to have my own salon—a place where my vision and style pervade every aspect of the business. Cila is my namesake, Carmel Irene Lepore; it represents everything I've dreamed of achieving in my professional career. Now, I focus on running my salon, working in real estate, Baking, and cultivating flowers, vegetables, and fruit on our small farm in the North Valley. I specialize in grey blending, transitioning to grey, and covering grey hair, helping clients embrace their hair journey with confidence and style."

Madeline Rumfelt, Stylist

Madeline recently relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, from Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she owned a successful salon for a decade and worked as a hairstylist for 18 years. With a rich history of living in various parts of the United States and traveling extensively around the globe, Madeline’s experiences have deeply enriched her professional and personal life. Among her recent favorite travel destinations are the enchanting landscapes of Ireland and Scotland.
Throughout her career, Madeline has been profoundly influenced by the exceptional hairstylists she has had the privilege of working for and with. Her dedication to her craft is further evidenced by her commitment to ongoing education through advanced hair classes taught by industry leaders such as Goldwell and Davines across the United States.
Madeline’s creative inspiration is drawn from the elements of shape, movement, texture, and sculpting. She has a passion for working with clay and finds joy in the tactile experience of playing in the mud, likening her approach to hairstyling to the art of creating a moving sculpture.
Seeking a fresh start, Madeline chose Albuquerque, New Mexico, for its stunning mountain vistas and incredible desert beauty. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and paddleboarding, activities that allow her to immerse herself in the natural beauty of her new surroundings. A passionate traveler, she continually seeks new adventures and experiences.
