Appointments

Clients will receive call / text / email to confirm appointments. It is now necessary to confirm your appointment, and confirmation means you agree to our health + safety policies

15 minute late policy:  If a client is 15 minutes or more late, the appointment will be charged fully and rescheduled.

​

No Show: If you no show for your appointment, in order to reschedule you will need to pay in full for your no showed appointment. We understand life and emergencies happen. Please talk to your stylist if a serious event made you miss appointment.

24 hour cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible and no later than 24 hrs prior, otherwise a 50% of appointment charge will apply. Exception: if you experience flu like symptoms at any time please reschedule and self isolate.

ADDITIONAL COLOR SERVICES - PLEASE CALL 505.255.4433 FOR INFORMATION. COLOR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CONSULTATION, DEPENDENT ON HAIR LENGTH AND/OR DENSITY, WHERE MORE TIME AND/OR PRODUCT IS NEEDED. CLIENTS ARE ADVISED TO HAVE A SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ANY COLOR SERVICE.
