PLEASE CALL 255.4433 FOR INFORMATION ABOUT ADDITIONAL COLOR SERVICES. COLOR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CONSULTATION, DEPENDENT ON HAIR LENGTH AND/OR DENSITY, WHERE MORE TIME AND/OR PRODUCT IS NEEDED. CLIENTS ARE ADVISED TO HAVE A SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ANY COLOR SERVICE.

Cila Salon Policies

These policies are designed to maintain a high level of service to our valued clientele, and to provide fairness to all guests.

 

RESERVATION

Please remember to pre-book your next appointment before leaving the salon to enable front desk staff to accommodate your wishes. For your convenience, online booking is also available at cilassalon.com.

 

CANCELLATION

We require 24-hours notice to cancel all salon appointments. If you cancel in less than 24-hours or are a “no-show” you may be subject to a 50% service charge. If you “no-show” to more than 3 appointments you will be required to have a credit card on file to reserve future appointments. Prices are subject to change, please confirm prices while booking.

7-DAY GUARANTEE

We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If there is an issue with your haircut or color service, please contact us within one week to let us know of any adjustments that may need to be made. After 7 days, any adjustments will be considered a separate service and will be charged for accordingly.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Due to the nature of our business and scheduling commitments to other clients, we must make every effort to run on time. In the event you are 15-20 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule or be worked in between the next scheduled appointment. This decision will be left to your respected stylist to make.

 

WALK IN APPOINTMENTS

We welcome walk-in customers; however, appointments are contingent on the stylist’s schedule and you may be asked to wait or make an appointment for a future date.

 

CELL PHONES & OTHER ELECTRONICS

Upon arrival we request all cell phones and other electronics be placed on silent so that others may receive services in a relaxing atmosphere.

 

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

For your convenience, we offer our clients the option to have their appointments confirmed through phone call, e-mail or text message.

 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

In order to maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that you please do not bring children to the salon unless they have an appointment. As a company, we feel children who visit the salon during parents’ appointments or left unattended in the waiting area pose a safety risk. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for or properly supervise your child while you receive a service. We work in an environment with sharp scissors, razors, chemicals and hot tools. For their safety, children are only permitted in the salon when having a service or with an adult to supervise. Please make arrangements for small children if you plan to be in the salon for an extended period of time (1 or more hours). Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the waiting area; however, any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed. If your child is disruptive, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee all of our products but if for any reason a product does not work for you, we will gladly exchange it. There are no cash returns.
